Back Story
Neve’s parents are in the Navy, stationed in harm’s way. So, she was raised by her grandparents. When she was about 4 years old, her brother Jesse came to visit. This is Neve's first memory of him. She was instantly smitten and followed him everywhere. This drove Jesse nuts and he couldn't wait to get away from her. After he left, he was all she talked about for weeks. Once Jesse moved into the home of the Lady with the Dog, his parents arranged to have Neve join him. He became her legal guardian. At the time he wasn’t happy about it .
Neve is a strong willed little girl. She wants her way all the time and will scream and shout until she gets it. Most of the time she just wants to be with Jesse. She’s much better behaved when he’s nearby.
First Crush
It was love at first sight - when Neve saw Quinn. She thinks he the cutest, the funniest, the best guy in the world, other than her brother. Quinn was made aware of her feelings and has done his best to keep things light - while tip toeing around her. He's hoping she outgrows this, quickly.
