not attend  your wedding to Racolo, but I do want to

KARANTHIR:
Miss Phae, you haven’t told us your nickname.

PHAE:
I don’t have one. Sometimes I wish I did but,

ZYFAN:
Phae is perfectly fine name. 

PHAE:
Maybe, but it’s a little dull.

ESMODONTI:
Here we are! Dessert.

PHAE:
Oh cupcakes! My favorite.

ESMODONTI:
Aren’t they fab! We froze ‘em so you could have a few. Aless took
‘em out last night. I know how much Zyfan loves his sweets.

ZYFAN:
Thank you Es. That was nice of you to think of me.

PHAE:
Cupcakes are such a friendly dessert. Don’t you think? 

KARANTHIR:
As opposed to an unfriendly dessert? 

PHAE:
Well, no. I mean they’re not pretentious like a
whole cake or fancy tart or creme brûlée.  

ESMODONTI:
Or a cookie?

PHAE:
Cookies are casual. A cupcake is casual too but it can also
be all dressed up, like this one. And since they’re a
single serving, they always seem so inviting.  

ESMODONTI:
Phae hon - you’re a  little nutty and I love it.

PHAE:
Thank you, I guess. Oh, this cupcake is good.

PHAE:

KARANTHIR:
