stupid ghost sister of hers bothering her. I wish I knew a way to 

get rid of her. Hey that gives me an idea.

GRACE:

… Come on out genie, your master needs you.

IO:

Thy wish is granted.

DAPRIMA:

NO! Grace what have you done?

GRACE:

Remember Cammeo’s silly ghost? I told you I didn’t want

it walking around in my house, so I had Io take care of it.

DAPRIMA:

I told you not to wish for anything until I understood how this works.

GRACE:

I already know how it works. I’m his master, that’s what he calls me and I get three wishes. Yes I do. Now I have two left.

DAPRIMA:

There are not three wishes. There is no limit as to what 

the genie can do for its masters.

 GRACE:

Oh my stars! Does that mean I get more than three wishes?

It sounds like it, yes it does. Well, then I won’t mind

sharing you with my brother and sister.

DAPRIMA:

Io, what if we don’t want to be your masters? What if we want 

you to live among us, without having any wishes granted?

GRACE:

But Daprima, I have lots of wishes, yes I do.

DAPRIMA:

GRACE:

You can’t do that. I can make a wish whenever I want to.

DAPRIMA:

Io, can I wish you to disregard her wishes?

GRACE:

would be opposed to that decision.

room and I could move in here, with you.

to have my own room. Why should I share it with you?
